Top Edge Podcast: Looking at the Commonwealth Games

This week on the Top Edge, there was plenty to talk about, including Australia's amazing Commonwealth Games win against India.

This week on the podcast, the primary focus is, of course, on the Commonwealth Games and the massive win by the Australians to get past India.

With only three more wins for Australia to claim gold, the Aussies will keep up what has been an incredible run for Australia at the Commonwealth Games.

After the games, the team moves on to Justin Langer and what the Channel 7 commentary box will look like this summer. With it being the biggest summer of all time, we will have plenty of new faces to get used to.

Following up from Channel 7, we move over to Fox, who unfortunately will have to find replacements for Shane Warne and Andrew Symonds, who we lost during the Winter.

Next up is a chat about the Olympics and whether they are ready for cricket. With 2028 looking like the date we will see cricket at the games, Rory asks if it's better to wait until Brisbane in 2032.

We then get to everyone's favourite six or out, including hot-hitting topics like what Callum's ideal commentary lineup would look like. Whether Rory thought Jess Jonassen would bowl Australia to victory and who is Australia's most underrated cricketer.

For the final topic, we move to associate cricket and Pavel Florin. Cricket Australia say they missed Pavel when releasing their nominated player's list for the big bash. We look at if that is true.

Some great stuff is also coming out of Europe, including Brett Lee coaching the Estonian national team.
