As round 10 draws to a close, we take a look at how each team went in theEdge of the Crowd's Power Rankings.

1. Naarm (1)

Despite a slow start, Naarm remains undefeated with a 47-point win over North Melbourne at Marvel Stadium. For the first three-quarters of the match, North Melbourne would just be on the heels of Melbourne, but the Demons were just that little bit cleaner to keep that buffer.

Ultimately the game busted open in the fourth quarter with the demons able to get on top of the Kangaroos, shutting down the Kangaroos' pace to run through the middle, which is what they were so good at for most of the game.

Although the game didn’t come without injury concerns, Naarm with star wingman Ed Langdon was subbed out of the game with a rib injury.

Clayton Oliver was instrumental for the demons with 45 disposals for the game, while Christian Petracca was also strong with 30 disposals.  On the scoreboard, Bayley Fritsch and Tom McDonald had three for the game, while Kysaiah Pickett had two goals.

2. St Kilda (5)

No Jack Higgin or Jack Steele? No worries for the Saints after St Kilda had a strong 21-point win over Adelaide at the Adelaide Oval on Saturday night. Despite Adelaide having control of most of the match, the Saints stole the lead early in the last quarter, and they didn’t look back. Max King had a field day kicking six goals, which was key in getting the Saints over the line.

In his 200thgame, Brad Hill had one of his best games for 2022 with 30 disposals and one goal. While Jack Sinclair and Brad Crouch were also prolific with 32 and 31 disposals, respectively, while Crouch hit the scoreboard having one goal.

3. Carlton (4)

Carlton have gone a few games clear in the top four after a win against the Swans under Friday Night Lights at Marvel Stadium. After a second-quarter blitz, the Blues went into the second half with a handy 38-point lead, thanks to a five-goal first-half haul from Charlie Curnow.

Although the Swans put the Blues on the ropes and after only kicking three goals in the second half, the Blues were soon trying to halt the Swan's momentum.

Sam Walsh was strong for the Blues having 34 disposals, while George Hewett was strong with 32 disposals.  Curnow finished the match with six goals, while Corey Durdin and Zac fisher had two goals each

4. Geelong (8)

Geelong had a dominant win over Port Adelaide with a 35-point win, although it didn’t come without its challenges in the first half. The Cats got out to a flyer, kicking three consecutive goals to go into the quarter time break with an eleven-point lead.

Despite a strong comeback from the Power, the Cats were able to kick away in the third quarter, kicking five answered goals in the third quarter.

Although the biggest highlight from the match was from Jeremey Cameron on the three-quarter time siren with a 58 barrel that sailed through for a goal. Cameron finished the game with three goals alongside Tyson Stengle, while Tom Hawkins had two goals.

Cameron Guthrie had a massive game with 38 disposals, while Tom Stewart was key down back with 27 disposals.

Dion Prestia was impressive from the first bounce, collecting 36 disposals and six clearances. Prestia also took out the Yiooken Award for best on ground in the Dream time match. Jayden short was once again a key cog in the Tigers lineup, having 29 disposals and nine marks.

On the scoreboard, Jack Riewoldt led from the front, kicking four goals, while Shai Bolton and Maurice Rioli had two goals each. Although the match didn’t come without injury concerns for the Tigers, Tom Lynch (Hamstring) and Kane Lambert (Hip soreness) were both ruled out at different points of the game.

6. Western Bulldogs (9)

The Western Bulldogs have won back-to-back games for the first time this season, with a 19-point win over the Gold Coast Suns in Ballarat having gotten the Dog's season back on track.

Despite a strong performance for the Bulldogs, getting out to a 32-point win at one point in the third quarter, the Suns were able to right back into the match. The Bulldogs struggled in front of the goal, having 16 behinds for the match to the sides 15 goals.

A goal with two minutes to go from Jaxon Prior gave the Lions a sniff, but a miss from Charlie Cameron in the game's final minutes sealed the Lion's fate. Dayne Zorko kicked a goal with just seconds of the clock to bring the margin to five, but it was too little too late.

Cameron and Prior were strong in front of goals with three goals each, while Lincoln McCarthy had two goals. Daniel Rich and Jarryd Lyons accumulated lots of the football, having 33 and 32 disposals, respectively, with Rich hitting the scoreboard.

15. Fremantle (14)

Fremantle has been dealt its second consecutive loss after going down to Collingwood by 44 points in what was a wet affair. The Docker's failure to adapt to the slippery conditions ultimately cost them the match and their overuse of the footy.
